Cynthia Florek is a Toronto-based stylist and creative director celebrated for her refined aesthetic, modern sensibility, and ability to translate ideas into powerful visual narratives. With a background rooted in fashion design, trend forecasting and buying, Cynthia approaches every project with a strategic eye—balancing creativity and clarity to craft imagery that connects with audiences and strengthens brand identity.
Her diverse experience allows her to flow naturally cross-functionally in editorial and commercial projects, where she collaborates closely with production teams to bring cohesive concepts to life. Whether developing the creative direction for a brand campaign or curating the fashion direction for a shoot, Cynthia’s attention to detail and instinct for composition ensure each project feels intentional and elevated.
​​She fosters new designer talent and actively mentors at the Toronto Fashion Incubator and is involved as a judge in the annual CAFTCAD design awards.
